Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

( For ebooks access remains till the said examination, after the examination gets over we may remove the file access )

For digital downloadable products, full refund will only be granted in case any information provided on the downloadable file is not correct or you didn’t receive the product you purchased or your digital product is not working as it should. You can request a refund by contacting us.

For digital products that do not require shipping, refund policy lasts for 15 days starting from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund for incorrect information you must have evidence that any information provided on our product is incorrect.

To complete your refund, we require a proof of purchase or order email confirmation in case you purchased as a guest user ( someone who has signed in to our website ). After you have claimed you refund with and team finds out your claim to be correct, refund will be processed within 3 working days.

Late Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
